Google’s licence is billed by Google, not by us: from $7 per user per month (Business Starter) or $14 (Business Standard) on a yearly plan.

No. We connect Workspace to the domain you already own, such as yourbusiness.com.
No. With Setup + Migration we move your old emails and contacts before switching.
You pay Google directly for your user licences. We only charge for setup and management.
Services we bill you for renew on the day they were first activated. We send the invoice 14 days before and a reminder 3 days before. If payment isn’t received by the renewal date, those services are suspended that day, and restoring them costs the overdue balance plus USD $75 within 30 days, or USD $150 after 30 days. Licences you pay Google for directly follow Google’s own billing rules. Full details are in section 23 of our Payment Terms.
